Is there a way to add a picture to each contact?

I would like to have a picture of each contact in my database stored with that contact's information...how do I do this?

We released Contacts Quick View on Dec. 12, 2019 and it includes a provision for an image for your Contacts:

We attempt to populate the image with a gravatar, if a public one associated with the email address is available. If an image is not available we use the contact's initials (latin characters only). If the intials are not available we use a generic profile image. You can hover over the image and click it to upload a new image.

We don't have an image field that will automatically display within ONTRAPORT. If you are using the image for other purposes, there are two options.

Each Contract Record has a "Filebox" where files specific to that Contact can be stored. You can access the file, and you can send it as an attachment in a "one - off" email to the contact. The image in the Filebox will not display in the account, but can be used for situations where you need the image for other printed collateral and need a handy place to store it.

If you have the image hosted somewhere, or even in the ONTRAPORT File Manager, you can use the URL to that image for displaying it on PURL landing pages, in emails, etc. To do this, create a new custom field in Contacts > Settings > Field Editor. Make the field a "Long Text Field" type. You can then use regular HTML "Image Source" tags to link to the image. The new custom field will be available from the "Merge Fields" box on PURL Landing Pages and Emails.

I, too, would like to be able to add a picture to my contacts in the General Information section.
