Hi Allison - I created ticket 103793 to gather the necessary information to revert the contact to "Opt in" status. Please respond there (or let me know here if you don't receive the email from the ticket!)
I did not save anything because there was no Save button next to the field, but I can't change it back to "Single Opt In" - I don't want to ask a contact who has been on my list for years and appears to look at my emails to re-subscribe, since it was my mistake. What can I do?

Hi, I did the same thing I was training & showing someone how to change an email to Opt-out, then found out I could not change back to Single Opt In, is there any way my customer can be changed to revert back to Opt In also?

You can enter a support ticket to have it changed back to Opt-in. Provide the Support team the Contact email address.
You can click the question mark "help" icon in the lower right of the account and click either on "chat" for immediate service or "submit a support ticket" to create a ticket with the information. Our team will toggle it back to opt-in for you.
