More options for Open Order management (Renewal Email)

Would love to see Open Orders exist as its own object with basic features I think everyone using them could benefit from. I know there's a lot I can customize and splice together (and we have found some decent enough workarounds) but with subscriptions being such a big part of OP these days it would be nice to see improvements here. 

My one suggestion at this moment is to be able to set up a sequence based on an open order's next charge date. Something like this 

In the Sequence step for Email > Specific Event > Before _ Years _ Days > Subscription and Payment Plans (Open Orders): Next Charge Date

Maybe an additional drop down for product could resolve conflicts of people having multiple open orders. 

At any rate.. having more functionality in general with open orders will forever be my feature request. :)
