Field Manager - Combined Field Types

It would be nice to be able to have field types combined in one form field.  For example, I wanted to add a "Howdid you hear about us?" field to some of our forms; the main section of the field would be drop-down choices, but the last choice would be "Other" and I'd want that to be a text field.  However, I can't do that as one - I have to create a separate field for the "Other" text field which doesn't look great on the actual form (I use Pages for my forms).  See screenshot of form below with checkbox fields and a text field.  We can't do this in Ontraport at this time.  Thank you!
