Fulfillment List Improvements

We are currently using fulfillment lists that are generated on a regular schedule and emailed to specific people with tasks for action.  Sometimes the lists get out of sync with reality and it is tough to get them back in sync.  For troubleshooting, it would be helpful if there was an administrative capability to see who is on a fulfillment list on demand and then add/remove contacts from the list without running them through an automation.
