If you are looking to organize your files in the File Manager into folders, we use Tags instead. Select a file and add a Tag:

If you are looking to allow your customers to upload files into ONTRAPORT we do not have that ability. You can use an integration with JotForms or Wufoo forms such as those provided by ITMOOTI.
