Hi Jeremy - You can do this with custom User Fields in Administration > User Field Editor. Add a long text field to the User you use for sending emails - usually the Admin user, but can be others as well if you have multiple team members - and format it using regular HTML, then insert that merge field at the bottom of the emails using the merge field under "Staff Fields".
If you send email from different Users, such as when the email comes from the "Contact Owner", populate that field in each User account found in the Manage Users section.
