I can't believe this isn't a function of the split testing already. If I split test pages A, B and C, and option B or C turns out to be the best option, I should be able to turn off split testing and make page B or C the 'live' page. Currently, when split testing is turned off, the 'A' page becomes the live page again.
The current 'solution' is to make a copy of the existing page, make the changes again, publish it, and then update urls as needed to keep existing links working properly. This seems like a complete waste of time when I have already made all of the necessary changes. I should be able to simply 'promote' the highest converting page to become the live page.

You can keep whichever version you want in ONTRApages. Just delete the ones you don't want. Here's a short video that shows the process ... load the version you DON'T want, hover over it and click the trash can icon.
