Can I add a Terms and Conditions checkbox to an ONTRApage?

Below are instructions on how to set up a check box field and link it to an ONTRApage with your Terms and Conditions on it.

Step 1: Create a Custom Check Box Field called Terms and Conditions

Step 2: Create an ONTRApage with your Terms and Conditions listed.

1. Go to Site > Landing Pages > New Landing Page
   • Select ONTRApage.
   • If you choose an ONTRApage, I would use the Thank You Page or Coming Soon template.
2. Publish and Save your ONTRApage. Make note of your page URL.

Step 3: Navigate to your Sales Page.

1. Hover your mouse over your Order Form block and select it.
2. Click on Contact Fields - see screenshot.
3. Click + Add - see screenshot.
4. Add your new Terms and Conditions check box Field.
5. Hover your mouse over the field and click Edit - see screenshot.
6. Highlight the text for Terms and Conditions (you can also change the text here too).
7. Click on the little link icon - see screenshot.
8. Select your Landing Page from the ONTRAPORT Landing Page drop-down. Click Okay.
9. Click Save in the left sidebar.
10. Save and Publish your page.
