Currency - Japanese Yen with decimal places?

Partners Team

I changed my currency to Japanese Yen (JPY) and it does change the currency symbol on my order forms and inside the account. BUT, it also still has two decimal places and the Yen does not allow decimal amounts. What happens if one of my team members puts in a decimal amount for an item? Do I lose the sale?

We have corrected this, and the Yen is now expressed without any decimal places.

Hello. Actually, it's showing again with decimals. In the currency settings it ONLY shows options with decimals (1,000,000.00 or 1.000.000,00) Both are mistakes and look unprofessional  because it could be interpreted as a "grammar"error on our part. Can you please add options without the decimals in the currency settings for YEN? Otherwise, we might have to stop using Ontraport because we only operate in Japan. Thank you

Hi Lorna,

It has been corrected again! The Yen no longer has decimal points.
