All of our forms can be placed on your website.
An ONTRAform has more lightbox options and are mobile responsive.If you just need a form for your existing website, this is a good choice.
An ONTRApage with a Smart Form block is similar to an ONTRAform except that an entire web page is generated and you can host the ONTRApage on our servers or your Wordpress site using our ONTRApages plugin. If you want a separate page on your website or don't have one already, this is a solid option.
Our Legacy Smart Form is our older form builder but it does have some features that an ONTRAform and ONTRApage Smart Form block do not have. If you need special features like the ones below, then you can chose this option. Note that it isn't natively mobile responsive.

- Self-hosting capability
- "Get Paid" affiliate link option
- Are NOT natively mobile responsive
