Support for this integration would be through OptimizePress (there is a button to contact their support at that link).
Differences between Pilotpress membership and OptimizeMember:
- Pilotpress uses discrete membership levels, so a member may have Bronze and Gold membership, without having Silver.
- OptimizeMember uses hierarchical membership levels so a Gold member automatically has access to the lower level Bronze and Silver levels.
- Pilotpress communicates with ONTRAPORT to verify the membership level on each log in, and does not modify any of the underlying web server's files.
- OptimizeMember uses entries in the site's .htaccess file to restrict membership.
