The page that you are sending people to must have a tracking script.
If you are sending people to a WordPress page on a site with PilotPress installed you are fine. You do not need to add a tracking script.
If you are sending clients to any other webpage be sure you have created and posted tracking scripts on the end pages so that the partners track correctly. You can get the correct tracking script by visiting Administration > Get Tracking Code.
