Integration with existing Twilio Account

It would be very valuable to enable existing twilio users to integrate their already bought, paid for, and approved numbers as the numbers for Ontraport to use.  

Example:  We have a twilio number (866) that we use for inbound call routing, and text message support.  We can't use that number directly in Ontraport we have to setup a whole new number and create confusion for our customers to communicate with them over both numbers.
