These are designed to initiate automation after the manual action (i.e. the task) is completed. So for example, if your task is to call someone, you can set outcomes for "likes red widgets" and "likes blue widgets". Then automated follow-up based on those preferences can be initiated. You could also just have a single task outcome for automation that needs to follow manual intervention.
