How do I set up a new From Name for my emails?

You can have multiple email "From" addresses! You should not use a "free" email address such as a @gmail.com, @outlook.com, etc. To add more email "From" addresses do this: 

1. Go to Admin > E-Mail > E-Mail ‘FROM’ Address Set Up
2. Click Add E-mail
3. Add an email address
4. Type an existing email address of yours into the text field
5. Click Add E-Mail
6. Confirm your email FROM address
   • Log into the email account that you set up the email from address for
   • Open the email sent to you from ONTRAPORT
   • Click on the confirmation link within
