Enable Video Embedding for Dynamic Templates

Currently the Video element on a dynamic template only allows for a static video, not a dynamic one. We have a use case where users are inputting the data that is displayed on their unique dynamically generated page. We want them to be able to add their About video to be displayed on this page. This means the video element needs to be able to reference a database field either with the URL or the embed code.
