State field dynamically updates based on Country field selection

We have customers around the world and it would be great if our order forms dynamically update based on the country selection to only show the states relevant to those countries. For example, if the customer selects "Australia" as their country, then the "State" field only allows them to select one of the Australian states and doesn't display the rest.
