How do I save my CSV Excel file on a Mac?

I'm having trouble opening and then saving my contact list I exported from another service. I want to format it and then import it into ONTRAPORT, but it won't upload. ONTRAPORT keeps refusing it!

You can save your CSV file from Excel as a "Windows Comma Separated (.csv)" file. To save your file as a Windows Comma Separated (.csv) in Excel, follow these steps below:

  1. Once you have finished editing your file in Excel, click on File, and then select "Save As.." from the drop-down menu
  2. In the Save As window, name your file and then from the select "Windows Comma Separated (.csv)" file from the drop-down selection menu.
  3. Click on Save
