Sort/Filter in automations by decline reason

On the automation trigger "credit card was charged but declined", we need a way to filter those by the decline reasons.

Use case would be to reach out to customers whose cards were declined. Sending the same message to all customers whose transactions were declined doesn't work because:

  1. We have some fraud prevention settings in braintree that will decline transactions from risky customers - we don't want to reach out to those people
  2. We'd like to cater the messaging to the specific reason for the decline

If we could route people through the automation based on the decline reason, we could send specific messages for each reason & send no message to customers who were rejected through our own filters.
