New option for ordering product volume

The "Has ordered a certain amount of a product" condition in an automation refers to the lifetime of the customer.

It would be incredibly useful to have a condition referring to the most recent sale. E.g. 

1) Has ordered lifetime total of...

2) Has ordered total in recent transaction...

Use case:

We run an event and the customer can purchase extra entries. If we allow them to select the number of entries manually, and they've made purchases in the past, the only way to handle the incrementing of a related "entries remaining" count is using tags and rules to ensure they get onto the correct pull trigger.
