FollowFeature request - transactions in metrics dashboard
Hi there! Feature request here.
We'd like to be able to create a metric for our dashboard to view all contacts in Collections. Currently we get this number via a "Collections" group in our Sales tab.
After writing into Live Chat for support, it was confirmed that "the Status field that updates to indicate that a transaction is paid, declined, in collections, etc. is unfortunately not a field that a metric is able to reference at this time". I was advised to submit this request.
