Make sure the Partner is a part of the Partner Program that has the promo tool in question. Otherwise the merge field will be blank. If the partner is a part of the program please submit a support ticket so one of our team with access to your account can investigate! Sometimes a contact may have more than one Contact Record ... to verify they are a Partner check the "Referral Info" tab in their Contact Record ... it will have the Partner Program listed.
