You cannot remove the "Created by ONTRApages" ad block in the ONTRApages Free version. You can remove it in the $15 per month paid version, ONTRApages Premium.
ONTRApages Premium includes other features - the ability to use your own domain name, route email to that domain name to any email service provider (Google Apps / Gsuite, etc.), and use Zapier to connect to other applications.
Try the month-to-month subscription of ONTRApages Premium first, as there is no pro-rata refund for the unused portion of an annual subscription. When you are sure you want to, you can upgrade to the annual subscription that provides a discount equal to two months.
