Can I downgrade from ONTRApages Premium to Free?

You can, but you may lose a lot of content and functionality. ONTRApages Free limits you to:

• 10 ONTRApages
• 3 ONTRAforms
• No custom domains allowed
• No email routing via MX records
• No integration with the WordPress ONTRApages Plugin
• No split testing of pages

The steps to downgrade are:

1. Reduce the number of ONTRApages to the ten or less you want to keep. 
2. Remove all split tests from the remaining ONTRApages.
3. Reduce the number of ONTRAforms to the three or less you want to keep.
4. Host your custom domain elsewhere, and configure the MX records at that host so email will continue to flow to your email provider.
5. Click on the "Upgrade" button at the top right of your account.
6. Select the "ONTRApages" button at the top left of the pop-up block.
7. Select the account level you would like to switch to.

While we may be able to restore content you delete using this process if you change your mind, there is no guarantee the data will still be available. A $50 restoration fee is charged to attempt the restoration, even if the content is no longer available.
