Withdrawing the request because testing by our division on Mexico reveals that the issue is solved at the browser level on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Turns out this is a non-issue.

English Login Page for Spanish Membership Site
We operate membership sites in German, Spanish and English. Sadly, our non-English speakers still have to put up with English in the login page. We can specify language on payment forms, why not on membership sites?
