Remove Case Sensitivity for Membership Subdomain URLs

Membership site URLs are case sensitive when it comes to recognizing the domain that the pages are published on. If there is any capitalization within a membership subdomain and the page is published to the same subdomain, the page will not be included within the pages listed within the membership site editor and vice versa. The request is to remove case sensitivity for membership subdomain URLs so that all pages published to the same domain are included within the membership site collection of pages.
