What program should I use to map out my funnels?

I know that mapping your ONTRAPORT set-up is important to keep everything organized. What systems are people using to map? What do you recommend?

As of June 11, 2020, you can use Ontraport Systems to list all of your assets that are used in your funnels. This allows you to list all the assets, no matter where they appear in the app, in one place. You can see all the emails and their stats, as well as landing pages, tasks, campaigns, etc. 

If you are comfortable with creating your funnels using our visual Campaign Builder, you can create a System for it very easily. Just add the campaign to your new System, and Ontraport will prompt you to also list all the pages, tasks, messages, etc. that are linked within that campaign.

Mapping out your ONTRAPORT account is certainly a best practice. We use and recommend Lucidchart. You can make a free account and start mapping.

We even have custom ONTRAPORT-feature icons that you can use. To get access, open this shared map here.  Here's a video that shows you how to load the icons into a Lucidchart account.

You can then copy/paste the icons where you want them on your own maps.

The LucidChart is in 'view only' mode. How can I access the editable icons?

Using Campaigns in ONTRAPORT 5, released in June, 2017, allows you to map out your Campaigns on our interactive visual Campaign Builder. Many clients now use the Campaign Builder to map out their campaign, working from just an outline.
