Quick Tasks

It would be super convenient and helpful if there was a feature on the "Quick Tasks" to edit the "Subject" and the "Details" after the task is created. We have specific and detailed tasks for each contact so using a "Template" and then making edits that affect all other tasks on other contacts or previous tasks doesn't make to much sense.
