Manage Tags section should have Date Created and Last Run witin overview

Clients are unable to view which tags are used the least- most within Contacts<Settings<Manage Tags. Because of this they are unable to clean up their tag list. This is not a great customer experience, so I am requesting that we create a Date Created and Last Run field option for columns within overview, that way they can at least be organized in a way that will aid them in sifting through their many tags and cleaning up old tags.
