There is a loophole where a contact can remove name and email details from their contact record by going into 'manage preferences', changing the fields to a blank space and saving the form. This causes a blank record in our account. Of course, we would always honour a deletion request, but it would be better if there was email validation on this form to prevent blank records from being created in future.
