Notifications from Inbox

We have the new inbox feature for text messages but notifications aren't showing up on ontraport unless we are on the inbox page and there is no noise to alert us that a new text has come in. We have adjusted our browser setting to allow for noises and notifications but nothing. When we first got the feature notifications did pop up for the first half of the day but there was never any noise or chime. There should be some type of chime to notify us of when a message comes into the inbox immediately, just like it does when you have a live chat.
