Allow Booking Template Notifications to send event & contact info to owner.

Use Case - When using booking pages to self schedule individual contact events (call or zoom session). I would like to send the contact name, phone, date/time, custom fields like "CallTopic" by SMS to the OWNER 10 min before the call, so where ever they are (if not at their computer or desk) they have every thing they need to make the call. The same info is sent to the contact just before the call.   

Reduce missed and late calls.
