FollowNew Lead Notification after completing self booking form
Consider sending the New Lead Notification after successfully booking a time on the calendar. Situation - If a contact/requestor Is completing the fields on he booking form as the one of the limits (Time between calls, or time window closes) is reached, the message comes back "the time is no longer available" clears the fields and sends a form completed "New Lead Notification" .
The contact/requestor has to start over with a blank field and then a second "New Lead notification" is sent.
If you can delay the "new lead notification" until after the spot is actually scheduled you could also include the date and time of the booking eliminating the need to good look for it .
