Payment Plan Total Remaining in Open Orders

Add a "Total Remaining" column to the Open Orders page for Payment Plans.

This would allow us to see the total amount remaining that a customer has to complete their Payment Plan. It currently displays the monthly/weekly etc amount, however not the total remaining.
