Remove Case Sensitivity on ALL Searches in OP

There are already a few requests to remove case sensitivity when searching in specific elements. It would be so useful to remove case sensitivity when doing any kind of search in OP. For example, right now if you search in the Tracking object, if you don't get the case right, no results. Please remove it from any and all search opportunities.
