ability to find out when contacts received a tag, or got added to an automation or sequence

It would be great if one can create a group or some other means to find out when contacts got added to an automation, sequence or received a tag. For example, if I have 45 contacts on an automation, I want to find out when those contacts were added to that automation.  And I can also sort them by date added to the automation.  Same with tags, sequences.
