Re-assign tasks

Would be awesome to have an automated way to re-assign tasks. So if it's not completed in x amount of time, the task is reallocated to someone else. I have set up the task to be allocated to the second person, but it remains open for person 1. So an actual "reassign" option within automation would be super helpful.
