Affiliate program -- add a "unique leads" & "unique clicks" column

The current way the partners performance is tracked is almost unusable, since the "leads" number is completely inaccurate and -- I've been told -- will count 1 more lead for each "form" that someone fills out, including upsells!

Serious marketers who have a lot of affiliates will surely appreciate having a way to automatically see how many "unique leads" and also "unique clicks" their affiliates are sending.

Many marketers pay their affiliates based on unique leads they sent (CPL payout - Cost Per Lead).
