Last case processed when filtering Automation in contact flow

Pete Marshall

PLEASE can we have better filters in the automations.  Its a pain trying to debug a complex automation to see the last case processed when you cannot filter the automation to do so. In summary increase the filter to more than "Today" i.e. set it to "Last Entry to this automation" then you can see where it went in the flow.

Thanks

Hey Pete,

Did you know you can see a specific's contact journey in an automation by adding "&contact_id=[THE CONTACT'S ID]" to the end of the automation's URL?

This shows you WHERE the contact is currently sitting (if they're in the automation) and/or where they exited. As well as the steps they've ben on.

This also works in custom objects if you want to see where any specific object is inside the automation. Just make sure to ALSO use "&contact_id=[THE OBJECT'S ID]" at the end of the URL.

This has simplified my debugging TONS. Hope it helps.
