Allow User to crop images on upload

When a user uploads an image, it would great if they could be shown a "crop window", like you find on most apps, that enforces a certain dimensional "cut" of the photo (we could specify this on the OP backend).  Hope this makes sense.  This would be great for "avatar" images, and such - so people can choose the portion of the photo that is their face from an otherwise large photo.
