Form Metrics Date Range Selector

On the page where all the forms are listed, "https://app.ontraport.com/#!/contact/smart_forms", we are given form visit and conversion metrics.

However, these metrics are for "all time" and there's no way for us to select a date range. Often we want to know how a form has done in the past 7 or 30 days.

So it would be really useful if this page had a date range selector similar to what we have when we're building a metric for the dashboard.
