Feature Request: Membership sites - conditional welcome/registration messages

Hey all!

Just realizing that it would be a cool feature to have conditional registration emails send from a single membership site. 

For example, if Contact does not have Tag X, send registration message A. If contact does have Tag X, send registration message B.
