Add Column for Credit Card >> Billing Address field in Sales Reports

Placing this feature request on behalf of Colton Trautz.

Colton has requested that there be a column added for Credit Card >> Billing Address field within the open orders report in an account. This would be an immensely useful feature for them when they are running reports in the account.
