Order Form Subscription Options

Would like the ability to have options on an order form for subscriptions/memberships - level or billing.  Currently, we would have to have QTY and make the user enter this correctly instead of just a radio button or drop-down option.  The workaround has been an order bump with no baseline product.

This has worked okay, but caused a lot of issues initially.  Every other system seems to have a checkout option like this on order forms, so would hope to see this added.
