Request to rename "Abuse Handler"

I find it confusing that the automation tool is called Abuse Handler. Changing the bulk email status based on hard and soft bounces seems unrelated to "abuse". If the only way the bulk email status is updated to hard bounced is based one hard bounce or four soft bounces, then there is nothing related to "abuse" or information misuse.

I recommend using a different description for the tool.
