Ontraport Apps - Partner Center email editability

We are using the system generated emails that came with the Partner Center template, but we would like to be able to add additional information to them, including our logo. We were able to edit the Partner center - Register email, but have been told we cannot edit the text for the Lost Password or Password Updated emails. We were also told that we cannot replace those emails with new emails of our own. We would love to be able to either edit the text of those emails or to create emails of our own that serve the same purpose.
