Be able to scheduled 1 hr calls on the half hour

Hello. It would be nice to be able to scheduled 1 hr calls on the 30 min mark. Say 2:30-3:30. If you have it set to 1hr they only schedule them on the hour. So if I have a gap from 2:30-4:30 PM, it will set an appointment for 3PM instead of 2:30 and 3:30.
