Add/Sync existing OP Events to Google Calendar on/after initial integration.

Currently Only OP events created when a Google Calendar is integrated are added to the Google Calendar.  

Use case: After trying to troubleshoot a change to a Google Calendar I had to remove the Google Calendar integration and reintegrate it.    After reintegrating  the calendar, the synced events were removed and there is no way to put the existing OP calendar events back on the Google Calendar again without canceling the recurring OP event and rescheduling it. This triggers cancelation notices, new google invitations and extra notifications to the guests already on the list.

This may cause some unnecessary google notifications that can’t be controlled but I wouldn’t have to cancel the event, create a new one and manually add guests just to get it on the Google calendar.

A possible event solution would be to select an existing OP event and selecting  “resync” to put it back on the calendar instead of a batch process that tries restoring all events. This could also help with troubleshooting by being able to resync individual events.
