Wrong Sender

I am having problems, when sending using Contacts | Messages, that the sender, when replied, SOMETIMES defaults back to me.  I have check the message template and I have checked the user's reply to email address with Ontraport support on the phone, no issues.

Yet I still get as an example in the latest one, an autoresponder email from the customer to my user mona.  Yet next to her name is suppose to be her email address but it is (bill@...), which is me.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Bill, check in Administration > Email > Email "From" Address Setup and verify that the email address is confirmed.
